How is the detox diet done?

What is a detox diet?

A detox diet is a diet that removes toxins from the body and burns fat. By following the detox diet program we have prepared, you can lose weight in a healthy way. However, you should not only lose weight by paying attention to your diet, but also add physical activity to your to do list.

 

 How is the detox diet done?

  1. 2 litres of water a day should be drunk to eliminate oedema.
  2. Caffeinated beverages should not be consumed to avoid oedema.
  3. Salt causes water retention in the body. Reduce the salt.
  4. 6 meals a day, including 3 main meals and 3 snacks.
  5. 6 medium-sized fruits should be consumed daily, including between meals. Fruit meets your daily sugar requirements. So you will not look for chocolate and candy.
  6. If possible not 1 but 2, vegetables meals should be eaten.
  7. Walking 45 minutes a day.
  8. B vitamins reduce stress. Dairy products, green vegetables should be consumed in abundant quantities.
  9. Vitamin C prevents water loss. Orange, mandarin, grapefruit, parsley, pepper, citrus, strawberry, kiwi, broccoli, celery.
  10. 2 glasses a day of milk, yogurt or kefir must be consumed.
  11. Every two days you should eat grilled meat, chicken or fish.

First thing in the morning: 1 glass of lemon or grapefruit with warm water should be drunk. Warm water makes the intestines function, cleans. Lemon and grapefruit burn fat.

Or 1 cup of warm water can be drunk and 3 medium sized dried apricots or prunes.These dry fruits also motivate bowl movements.

 

Morning breakfast: 2 thin slices (50 gr.) Low fat feta heese

2 thin slices of brown bread

Tomato, cucumber

Parsley or dill

 

Snack: Fruit

Before lunch: 1 glass of warm water with lemon.

 

Noon:

Grilled fish, chicken or red meat (up to 150 gr)

Eat fatty vegetable or 1 bowl of fat-free yogurt

or eat chickpeas, green lentils, red lentils or beans

1 bowl of fat-free yogurt

Snack: 1 fruit

3 slices of One of the three light biscuit varieties

 

Before dinner: 1 glass of lemon water or mint tea.

 

Dinner:

Grilled fish, chicken or red meat (up to 150 gr)

Lean green salad

or

Low fat vegetable food

1 bowl of fat-free yogurt

or

Low fat chickpeas, green lentils, red lentils, or beans

1 bowl of fat-free yogurt

Lean green salad

 

After dinner:

1 fruit

Herbal tea
