A gene is a unit of inheritance that contains the directives necessary for the production of a particular molecule and makes up each of the parts of DNA. In popular use, the word gene is used to mean "the biological unit that carries a particular characteristic of the child from the parent.”

In every cell there is a structure we call nucleus. When the cell is divided in two, the process of transferring information to new cells begins with the nucleus division. First the nucleus is divided. We may think the nucleus, is the brain of the cell. All metabolic activities that take place within the cell are through directives from the nucleus. The source of these directives is genes.

Genes control all kinds of events occurring in the body through the passwords they contain, acting as a kind of remote control system. Some genes provide necessary chemical structures to the body, while some genes regulate other genes. Genetic and epigenetic disorders are the consequences of mutations and anomalies seen in genes and chromosomes. For example, a cancer cell is a late-stage cellular mutation in the organism. Repeat exposure to physical and mental toxins throughout life facilitate the emergence of existing genetic predispositions because they indirectly disrupt the former perfection of DNA repair mechanisms.

Diseases caused by genetic disorders and epigenetic changes have become among the most serious and widespread health problems of our time. The number of pathologic disorders passed on through the family also increases every year. This suggests that gene health is not only important to us but also to the health of generations after us.

GENE THERAPY

Gene therapy is the method of introducing normal genes to cells with defective genes that cause incomplete or inaccurate protein production. Until very recently, genetic diseases were considered diseases that couldn't be cured. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of genetic engineering, significant progress has been made in gene therapy. Stem cells are also used in gene therapy. The greatest advantage of stem cells is their ability to renew themselves constantly as needed. Thus, instead of repeatedly injecting patients with the other programmed cells, it is sufficient to inject them with stem cells only once. In gene therapy, several methods are used to situate the healthy cells and repair gene damage. These methods are Germline Gene Therapy, Somatic Cell Gene Therapy and Cancer Gene Therapy, and involve insertion, displacement, repair, and gene insertion. Gene therapy aims to correct the disorder in the patient or in the organs by altering the genetic mak eup of the cell.

Gene health is an area heavily focused on by Infinity Regenerative Clinic Health Management systems. Illness is a bad mutation. Such a mutation must also have a reverse mutation. This is the natural repair mechanism of the organism. The actual treatment continues as long as the cells repair and renew themselves. This period is not as short as it is perceived in society. Regardless of the type of disease, including genetic diseases, recovery begins with the elimination of all kinds of negative factors in the body, followed by the strengthening of the defence and natural repair systems. Human life spans can be extended by re-activating the genes' natural and self-renewal and repair capabilities.
